This house has epic views and is fully equipped. It’s quiet, peaceful and walking distance to great trails and star gazing spots. Only a few min drive to endless restaurants, coffee/ice cream shops, food trucks, and grocery stores. We enjoyed seeing the javelina pigs cross through the front yard in the morning and spent our evenings recovering from hiking by star gazing from the hot tub. Very comfortable and spacious layout and excellent hosts.

An amazing home and location. ☀️ From coffee in the morning, a quick walk to sugarloaf trail for any length of hike desired, to relaxing in the hot tub looking up at the stars at night, we had a wonderful time & stay. Convenient location to many other trails, restaurants and grocery stores. Hosts checked in multiple times to ensure we had a great time.

This home is a perfect "5" for a family or small group vacation. Our group (sisters' trip) had a wonderful week-long stay. We found the location convenient, the house immaculately decorated, spacious, and clean with loads of amenities (eg indoor and outdoor dining areas, fire pit and hot tub on the patio, a laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen). Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the house manual, with useful instructions for our stay and many good suggestions for enjoying Sedona, which we followed :) I recommend reading the manual and watching the video before arrival, and because the kitchen is so well supplied, you'll want to check the pantry and fridge before heading to the store. (Bashas' grocery is right nearby). You can walk out the door and hike in the area around Sugarloaf mountain, or walk down the hill to eateries and movies if you like. Much of Sedona can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The welcome video was very helpful. Labels on cabinets made it easy to navigate the house. It was nice to have some hiking recommendations, we did the recommended Pyramid to Scorpion trail. This home is welcoming, very spacious and in a great location. The hot tub was a wonderful after hike treat.

This is a great place. Very clean, well appointed, perfect location, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. The back yard and hot tub were perfect after long days of hiking. The kitchen was well supplied for a big home cooked dinner after the hikes and the hot tub. Very responsive and helpful hosts and great hike recommendations. We did not have any negative issues.
